Audrey's desire to help others started at a young age. She was influenced by her parents. Her father was a rural doctor, whose practice dealt primarily with Obstetrics and Gynecology. He provided his services in South America even when his patients did not have the means to pay for medical care. Her mother was a stay-at-home mom, who introduced her to playing the piano, classical music, gardening and Italian cooking.
Throughout her life, she inspired those around her in different ways, always with one goal in mind: To alleviate their suffering and improve their quality of life. When she was 15 years old and still living in Argentina, Audrey volunteered her free time at a convalescent home, by serving breakfast on the weekends, and once a month she helped to distribute food at a local church for those less fortunate.
She worked with adjudicated juveniles in Pennsylvania for several years. She volunteered weekly, on one of her days off, to coordinate transportation and accompany adolescents to Narcotics Anonymous 12-step meetings.
Her strengths include resilient leadership, perseverance, and the ability to connect with people of all socioeconomic backgrounds. She graduated with honors from Clarion University in Pennsylvania with a bachelor’s in Psychology and a minor in Social Work. She later obtained her Masters of Science in Criminal Justice degree from USC.
Audrey's goal is to provide the best integrated approach to assist individuals’ re-integration process back into their communities. Her dedication, values, and strong sense of social justice for others’ well-being has helped and continues to aid her career. She strongly believes in treatment and accountability.
