Thinking for a Change
The Power of Thinking for a Change (T4C)
Thinking for a Change (T4C) is an evidence-based cognitive behavioral program that consists of 25 classes that build upon each other. Each class is between 1-2 hours depending on the topic. It is recommended two classes per week. Thinking for a Changed was developed by Jack Bush, Ph.D., Barry Glick, Ph.D., and Juliana Taymans, Ph.D., in conjunction and cooperation with the National Institute of Corrections (NIC).
The goal of the program is behavioral change. Individuals develop new social skills, and learn and use problem solving skills. The program is suitable for justice-involved adults and youth, males and females.
